The Weight of Hunger by Daniel Angeles in Dallas, Texas

Daniel Angeles’ style, especially among watercolorists, is unique. In an interview with his hometown magazine, Advocate, he mentions being inspired by Salvador Dalí (one of my favorite artists) and looking through his work it is no surprise.

I chose this piece because it seems inspired both of Dalí and Warhol yet is still all Angeles.
