Endless summer by Elizabeth Baddeley in Kansas City, Missouri
The second in my summertime2015 series is from illustrator Elizabeth Baddeley. I ran across this piece on her Tumblr which is full of great stuff.
This piece captures what it is like to be a kid spending countless hours of summer afternoons swimming. I remember a time when I would get into the pool first thing and wouldn’t get out until dark. If only I had gills I could have stayed in longer.
Notice the sunburn? Yeah, that’s me too.
Be sure to browse around in Baddeley’s online shop.
