I very rarely feature art from artists that I can not track down or verify their identity but this is just too good to pass up. Jajo, as he is known on Flickr, is a bit of an enigma. I’ve dug and dug and I can’t find much information about him. As I’ve said in the past I believe this is on purpose and so I won’t dig any further – leaving the artist to remain as anonymous as they’d like to be.
Now, onto this painting of Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke. Oh how I wish I could see this in higher resolution or in person. It really looks great. Artists like Jajo are exactly why I created The Watercolor Gallery – I’m so happy I ran across this.
