This musician is not even looking at the audience and is wholly lost in his music. Andreuccetti’s decision to leave the details of the face off of this piece speaks very much the same to me. It is almost as if he also got lost in the music and worried only about capturing the emotion. You can almost hear the music, feel the emotion and you don’t even have to focus on the details.
