Sometimes I get this anxious fluttery feeling in my chest for no reason. It stays for days. I think of it as the “animal in my chest”. But then I thought, well, what if I’m the person in some animal’s chest and all my fluttering gives them anxiety? Well, I’d better just calm down then! This is the result of the process photos from yesterday.
